Simple baked chicken

This is a very basic, cheap and delicious recipe that I don’t want to lose…

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts (can be cut into big chunks for ease in serving)
  • 2 cans of cream soup (chicken, mushroom, etc.)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup of water (determined by how thick you want the results)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter – melted

lightly spray 9×13 baking dish
Arrange chicken in the dish.
Combine the soup and water, mix well and pour over chicken
Sprinkle cheese over entire dish
Sprinkle stuffing mix on top of cheese
Drizzle melted butter on top of stuffing mix
*BAKE 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour

(can be served over steamed rice)
